Join us for the MUCK RUCKER! The Muck Rucker is JACKED!'s outdoor boot-camp workout group training experience of a lifetime! Be prepared to flip tires of all sizes outdoors in the dirt, move boulders, low crawl, jump, run, climb and hike! We'll play tug-a-war, we'll climb hills, we'll lift, we'll slam and we'll get in great shape doing it! You may get filthy, you WILL get muddy! It's time for something different, its time to do the Muck Rucker!
Things to note: This is outdoors and you WILL get dirty, wear something you don't mind getting filthy and BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHING. Although the land is cleared and wild life stays at a distance you may see coyotes, deer and even though there is low chance of seeing one we should all keep an eye out for snakes. Always bring water when exercising outdoors. You may want to bring a spare shirt if desired and please stay hydrated leading up to any exercise indoors or outdoors.
