Terms of Service

In using this website/App ans signing up for services you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

All Membership fees, drop in fees and payment will be done through our website and App. Memberships require setting up monthly reoccurring payments via credit/debit card. Payment is collected one month in advance prior to receiving services. Each monthly payment amount is for 1 month’s worth of services. 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone through the app or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway..

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

PHOTO RELEASE

 

I hereby grant permission to JACKED to use photographs and/or video of me or my chid(ren) taken while at JACKED (1110 Marshall Rd Ste G Vacaville CA) or taken at any offsite JACKED Events in publications, advertisements, social media postings, news releases, online, and in other communications

 

Member RSVP Policy:

Effective today, February 6th 2019, Group Training Sessions/Classes as well as Personal Training Sessions require RSVP no less than 12 hours in advance to fully secure your slot.

 

If RSVP Group Training sessions or Personal Training sessions are made less than 12 hours in advance please note that sessions may, on occasion, require rescheduling or cancelation with limited notice.

 

Member RSVP Cancelation  & Rescheduling Practices:

 Effective February 6th 2019 all Group Training & Personal Training sessions will require rescheduling or cancelation no less than 4 hours prior to your original RSVP time.

 

Last minute cancelations may be subject to a $5 fee. Please ensure you communicate any unavoidable rare situational occasions that may require last minute cancelation.

 

Member No Show Policy:

Beginning March 1st 2019 any cancelations or No Shows will be subject to a $5 last minute cancelation or No-Show fee. There will not be a penalty for No-Show RSVP’s within the month of February 2019 while we adjust and get use to the No Show policy.

 

Please be sure to communicate with the owner regarding unavoidable No Shows as we understand rare emergencies happen which would be forgiven.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
